Corp. is a full-service commercial real estate company founded in 1982 by
Forrest L. Adair, II, and Virgil R. Williams and J.M. Williams, Jr. Originally,
the corporate focus was investing and developing, but continued market demand
urged the owners to pursue more diversified options. The result was a locally
owned, well-managed corporation that eventually specialized in first-class
suburban business parks, combination office/warehouse facilities, and prime
retail/office space.
For almost a quarter of a
century, Williams-Adair has been an Atlanta leader in commercial real estate.
